You stay focused on running your business while we make sure no opportunity is left on the table.

The Delegate is available to any client by appointment and operates on a commission-only basis — we win when you win, and not a moment before. Monthly progress reports are provided by email or phone call where applicable.

The Concierge

You know the landscape, but making the right connections takes time. With The Concierge, our team does the legwork — identifying, reaching out to, and warming up your cold leads before handing them off directly to your team to manage and grow. Think of us as the bridge between your brand and its next great retail partnership, so your team can focus on the relationships that matter most.

The Concierge accepts a maximum of three clients at a time, each submitting a cold-lead list of up to 10 potential accounts. Compensation is structured as a one-time signing fee plus commissions, and clients receive monthly reports delivered by email or phone.


The Steward

With The Steward, our team conducts in-depth market research on your customer base and industry landscape, identifies the retail connections that align best with your goals, and then builds those relationships on your behalf. No guesswork, no wasted outreach — just thoughtful, strategic partnership development rooted in data and driven by results.

The Steward is offered to a maximum of two clients at a time on a 6-month contract. Compensation is structured as a low monthly retainer plus a reduced commission percentage, keeping your upfront investment manageable as we build toward results. Clients receive weekly reports by email or phone call to stay informed every step of the way.


The Attaché

For brands ready to operate at full scale, The Attaché is the complete solution. Our team becomes your fractional Chief Revenue Officer, embedded in your business and fully aligned with your growth strategy. From market research and lead generation to negotiation, relationship management, and beyond — we handle the entire revenue development function so you can lead with vision while we execute with precision.

The Attaché serves one client at a time, with the option to enter a one-to-five-year exclusivity agreement negotiated privately to fit your business needs. Compensation is structured as a high monthly retainer plus a minimum market-rate commission percentage, reflecting the depth of commitment our team brings to your growth. Clients receive both weekly and monthly reports and enjoy extended-hours phone access to our team — because at this level, your success is always the priority.
